Our apartments are split up into two buildings. The right side offers smaller units at a smaller price. These units have no formal living area, but are still equipped with the necessary amenities including all kitchen equipment as well as access to our free laundry facility.

Because of it's prime location just down the street from the University of the Ozarks, our units are great for potential students looking to live off campus while attending University.
Family Friendly, Including Pets
The first difference you will notice in our left side apartment building is the amount of space available. These more luxurious units are equipped with all necessary amenities as well as a generous living/dining area and are perfect for growing families looking to stay in the Clarksville area and still save money.

All of our units are unique with a variety of features including: ceramic tile and fresh carpet flooring; fresh painted walls; new trim and borders; well maintained garden beds, and pets are welcome.
